“yesaṃ kesañci, bhikkhave, cattāro iddhipādā viraddhā, |
(when) these *******, *********, four power-bases (are) neglected, |
viraddho tesaṃ ariyo maggo |
neglected (is) that noble path: |
sammā dukkhak-khaya-gāmī. |
(that) righteous suffering-destroying-way. |
yesaṃ kesañci, bhikkhave, cattāro iddhipādā āraddhā, |
(when) these *******, *********, four power-bases (are) aroused, |
āraddho tesaṃ ariyo maggo |
aroused (is) that noble path: |
sammā dukkhakkhayagāmī. |
(that) righteous suffering-destroying-way. |
