While one is developing these seven factors of enlightenment, one’s mind is liberated from the taint of sensuality, from the taint of existence, from the taint of ignorance. My energy has been aroused. I attend as a matter of vital concern, not sluggishly.’ “It is in this way, friend, that a bhikkhu can know for himself: ‘By careful attention the seven factors of enlightenment have been fully perfected by me in such a way that they lead to dwelling in comfort.’”
SN 46.9 Uppāda 1: arisen: 7sb only taught by tathagata
SN 46.10 Uppāda 2: arisen: 7sb only taught in tathagata's dhamma

SN 46.51 Āhāra
SN 46.52 Pariyāya: method-of-analysis: 5niv becomes 10 (internal and external), 7sb becomes 14: samadhi is with V&V, and without V&V. viriya and passadhi have mental and physical.
SN 46.53 Aggi: which of the 7sb to develop when mind is sluggish, which to devleop when mind restless
SN 46.54 Metta: good-will: non-Buddhists also teach: abandon 5niv, develop 4bv, so what’s the difference in Buddha's way? 4bv integrated into 7sb, then 5abi, culminating in:
(1. Metta ceto vimutti, subha is the excellence)
(2. karuna ceto vimutti, infinite-space-sphere is the excellence)
(3. Mudita ceto vimutti, infinite consciousness sphere is the excellence)
(4. Upekkha ceto vimutti, nothingness-dimension is the excellence)
